Karuah Enterprises is engaged in fabrication and installation of steel structures, specialising in the Shade and Membrane industry primarily covering commercial shopping centre carparks and large sporting areas including bowling greens. It also offers a comprehensive range of fabrication and installation of structural steel activities for sewage treatment works and in the like industrial and commercial applications. Karuah remain committed to comply with the regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements for the fabrication and installation of steel structures throughout Australia using competent workforce and for supply of plasma cut parts to other fabricators and customers.
Our objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through the development, fabrication and installation of quality products that are cherished by our customers. The company management is totally committed to the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality system based on Standard ISO 9001:2015 to drive continuous improvements in all our operations.
The policy incorporates a well-entrenched quality management system that has been communicated to all levels of the company. The commitment to quality is the responsibility of all personnel employed by the company. The quality system ensures that the quality requirements of both the company and its customers are identified. Effective controls are established by the use of written procedures and training and a rigorous internal auditing process for the detection and disposition of nonconforming products, material and processes. The objectives of the Quality System are established through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the company’s performance against them is monitored to take appropriate corrective actions. The objectives are reviewed on an ongoing basis during the Quarterly Management Review Meetings.
